Airport Welcome and Transfers

We can arrange for you to be greeted by a driver on your arrival at Perth Airport.  They will take care of you and your belongings, transporting you to your designated accommodation.  

Perth Home Search Package

• You will have access to our interactive Relocations Online (RO) program.

• Each individual client has a profile to add their ideal home search criteria, and additional notes to assist us to find a suitable property within your budget and preferred area.

• ·  We forward your specific requirements to our extensive list of real estate agents and source properties that may be coming up or may not yet be advertised.

• Source, inspect and prepare a short-list of properties we believe are suitable for you.  Add the properties to Relocations Online so that you can select the properties that you would like to view, or have us view them on your behalf.

• Liaise with property managers to arrange home inspections.

• Accompanying you to inspect each property, or if you are unable to be here, our consultants attend home inspections on your behalf.

• Forward a non-biased detailed property report to you after each property inspection including positive and negative aspects of the property and our recommendation on submitting an application.

• Forward a short video of the property outlay. 

• Assist you with the completion of tenancy applications (including tips on how to apply for a property in WA and all documentation required).  Please note that we do not complete applications on your behalf.

• Negotiate the terms and conditions of the lease application with yourself and the leasing agent and submit an application on your behalf.

• Advise you of the procedure once an application has been accepted.

Valet Packing and Unpacking

When your container arrives, your removal company will unpack your boxes to a flat surface. We are then able to engage the services of an experienced team who attend to all your unpacking needs. They arrive at your home after your removal company has unloaded and your house is transformed into a comfortable, functional home in just one day. The service includes:

• Cupboards, shelves and bench tops wiped clean

• Cartons unpacked and contents placed into cupboards

• Kitchen setup with crockery, appliances and cooking items

• Food supplies placed into the pantry and refrigerator

Once you have moved into your long-term accommodation, we will provide you with a welcome pack filled with literature to help you get your bearings.  More often than not, it is the small things that will be the most time consuming and frustrating to work through.  Initially, we organise an unpacking service if required, dinner on-the-go for the first night, and provide a necessities pack which includes pantry and cleaning items.
