Home Search Service Outline and Inclusions

• Pre-Arrival Questionnaire. Once you have completed the pre-arrival questionnaire, we are able to gain a better understanding of your requirements.

• Access to our interactive Relocation Online program (RO).  Each client has access to valuable information on relocating to Perth.  This is available prior to, during and after their relocation.  Our consultants are always on hand to answer any questions.

• Sourcing rental properties.  We source suitable rental properties from the list of essential criteria provided by you.    

• Liaise with property managers to arrange home inspections. We liaise with our extensive list of Perth property managers and source rental properties that may be coming available or not yet listed online.

• Accompanying the client to inspect each property or attending on their behalf.  If you have been granted a G2G pass we are able to attend properties on your behalf whilst you are in quarantine or even prior to your arrival into Perth. If you have completed the mandatory quarantine period, we are able to view properties with you including collection and return to short term accommodation.

• Forward a non-biased detailed property report.  For employees who are unable to attend an inspection, a property inspection report will forwarded outlining all positive and negative aspects of the property and we will offer our recommendation on submitting an application.

• Forward a short video of the property outlay.  If the employee is unable to attend.

• Assist with completion of tenancy applications Including tips on how to apply for a property in WA and collating all relevant documentation. Please note we do not complete applications on your behalf.

• Negotiate the terms and conditions of the lease application and submit to the agency.

• Advise on the procedure once an application has been accepted.

• Free utilities connections.

• On-going support by telephone or email – post relocation.

ADDITIONAL PRICING INFORMATION

• 10% Good and Services Tax (GST) is charged on all relocation services

• An additional surcharge of $65 +GST is charged on weekends and public holidays
